Fascinating. My grandmother was Ellen Coyne Masters, the widow of the poet Edgar Lee Masters. She taught at Anatolia College in the mid-1960s and returned to Greece in the early 1970s. I think she took an art class on Aegina. I currently live and work (I am a photographer) on the island of Paros. It would be wonderful if K. Zervos had any other recollections of that time. Many thanks and Kali Xronia kai Xronia Polla!
